Giza Governor Ali Abdel Rahman said on Saturday that LE30 million have been allocated for paving and developing Faisal street as well as resolving congestion problems.
Authorities will start by removing the encroachments on the sidewalks by the coffee shops and stores.
Faisal street is considered to be one of the most crowded streets in Egypt where commuters are often stuck in traffic for hours.
