Milder temperatures are expected along the north coast, with the hottest temperatures in southern Upper Egypt in the daylight hours before growing milder at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows; 31C in Alexandria, 35C in Cairo, 40C in Qena, 41C in Luxor, and 41C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning. Winds are expected to be northwestern and moderate.
Low-level clouds accompanied by heavy rainfall will cover the northern coast, southern Upper Egypt, particularly dense at the Halayeb triangle.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters , with northwestern surface winds on both seas.
