Meteorologists anticipate moderate weather on Wednesday across Egypt’s northern coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo.
Hot temperatures are expected for Upper Egypt in the morning, growing milder at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 28C in Cairo, 27C in Alexandria, 32C in Qena, 33C in Luxor and 33C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning. Low and medium-level clouds are expected in most parts of Egypt, accompanied by rainfall on the northern costs.
Moderate winds are expected to be northwesterly in direction and active in South Sinai, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, possibly disrupting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low and range between 0.5 to 1 meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height.
Surface winds will be northwesterly in both seas.
