The Egyptian Meteorological Authority has issued a weather update, forecasting a continued surge in temperatures across all governorates and cities.
Thursday’s forecast indicates extremely hot weather dominating most regions during daylight hours, while northern coastal areas will experience hot conditions. Nights and early mornings are expected to be moderately warm.
The weather patterns also include active winds across most areas, particularly intermittent gusts over parts of the northwestern coast, the Nile Delta, and South Sinai.
Cairo is forecast to reach a high of 36°C with a low of 23°C.
