Over 10-hour power outage in Gharbiya

Gharbiya Governorate villages witnessed over 10-hour power outage causing the workshops of spinning and weaving factories to shut down.
 
Residents complained over the failure of the government to speedily resolve the crisis, criticizing the electricity company's policy in reducing electricity loads.
 
Citizens allegedly a lack of justice in dividing cut-offs, saying electricity was not cut-off at the governor's house.
 
The crisis has caused the closure of thousands of workshops, shops and small factories that suffered losses.
 
Dozens of residents filed claims with the police against Gharbiya governor for failing to solve the electricity crisis and refusing to meet them, according to residents.
