An official security source from the Giza security department said three people were killed in confrontations between security forces and supporters of ousted President Mohamed Morsy in Mohandessin on Friday.
The same source added that the three were killed in an exchange of gunfire with security forces while they were preventing protesters from entering Mostafa Mahmoud Square.
