New cabinet, led by Ibrahim Mehleb, sworn in

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb took oath on Saturday in front of Interim President Adly Mansour at Presidential Palace in Heliopolis, followed by a meeting with the new cabinet.
 
The cabinet was scheduled to take oath at 1pm, however, rejections against ministers of justice and higher education led to postponing the oath by three hours, at 4pm.
 
The new cabinet included 31 ministers, 20 of which were from former Prime Minister Hazem al-Beblawy’s cabinet.
 
The ministers are:
 
Field Marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, defense minister
Hesham Zaazou, tourism minister
Major General Mohamed Ibrahim, interior minister
Atef Helmy, telecommunication minister
Ayman Farid abu Hadid, agriculture and land reclamation minister
Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, minister of trade, industry and investment
Mohamed Ibrahim, minister of monuments
Saber Arab, minister of culture
Ashraf al-Araby, minister of planning and international cooperation
Major General Adel Labib, minister of local development
Amin al-Mahdy, minister of interim justice and parliament’s affairs
Nabil Fahmy, minister of foreign affairs
Dorreya Sharaf Eddin, minister of information
Laila Iskandar, minister of state for environmental affairs
Sherif Ismail, minister of petroleum
Mohamed Abdel Muttaleb, minister of irrigation and water resources
Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa, minister of religious endowments
Mahmoud Abul Nasr, minister of education
Khaled Abdel Aziz, minister of sports and youth
 
The new ministers are:

Ibrahim Youness, minister of state for military production
Adel al-Adawy, minister of health
Mostafa Madbouly, minister of housing, utilities and urban communities
Wael al-Degwy, minister of higher education and scientific research
Nahed Hassan Ashry, minister of manpower and immigration
Khaled Hanafy, minister of food supply
Mohamed Shaker, minister of electricity
Hany Qadry, minister of finance
Ghada Waly, minister of social solidarity
Hossam Kamal Abul Kheir, minister of civil aviation
