Mido to join Egypt's Zamalek for 3.5 years

Egyptian national football team striker Ahmed (Mido) Hossam will arrive in Cairo on Thursday to sign for Zamalek, according to the club's football manager, Ibrahim Hassan.
"I can confirm that Mido will arrive on Thursday to sign for three and half years ," Hassan said in a TV statement.
He did not mention the value of the contract.
Mido, a former Zamalek player, broke up with Ajax Amsterdam last month. He previously played for Tottenham, Middlesbrough, among other European teams.
Zamalek now leads the chart of Egypt's premier league with 31 points.
