Mostafa Khater, attorney general at the East Cairo Prosecutor's office, ordered security services Monday to review camera footage from recent clashes around the Ettehadiya Palace.

The prosecutor's office had earlier ordered that footage from security cameras around the palace and TV cameras that filmed the clashes. Khater ordered a review of camera footage to potentially identify perpetrators.

Khater has also reviewed investigations into the clashes with members of the prosecutor's office, instructing them to begin wrapping up the case.

He has also called on those injured during the clashes to come forward with their testimonies, citing the difficulties prosecutors are facing in locating the injured.
