Hot weather predicted for Wednesday, Cairo 34C

 

Meteorologists predict hot weather on Wednesday across Egypt. Milder temperatures are expected along the north coast, with the highest temperatures at southern Upper Egypt during daylight hours, cooling by nightfall.

Temperatures predicted include 30C in Alexandria, 34C in Cairo, 37C in Qena, 39C in Luxor, and 39C in Aswan.

Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning. Low-level clouds are expected in the north.

Winds are expected to be northwestern and moderate. They will be active on the Gulf of Suez, possibly disrupting maritime navigation there.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 to 2 meters in height.

Surface winds will be northwestern for both seas.
