Luxor is hosting the Euromoney conference next April, governor Tarek Saad Eddin announced on Tuesday.
The conference has just completed its 19th session in Cairo.
“A Euromoney delegation is coming to Luxor at the end of November to discuss details,” Saad Eddin said, adding that hosting the conference in Luxor proves that the security situation there is stable.
“Incentivizing tourism is very important,” he said. “We work on attracting more visitors and increasing tourist nights.”
