Interim President Adly Mansour has issued exceptional decision to posthumously promote Major General Mohamed al-Saeed, head of Interior Ministry’s technical office, to the rank of deputy minister.
Al-Saeed was killed on Tuesday before his house in Haram district as two gunmen on a motorbike shot him and escaped. He passed away on his way to the hospital.
