Temperatures to drop by 4C degrees on Sunday, Cairo 26C

Meteorologists expect a decrease in temperatures on Sunday so mild weather will prevail across most parts of Egypt, while more moderate weather is expected for northern parts as well as Cairo and the Nile Delta, while hot weather is predicted for southern Upper Egypt.

Cold temperatures are expected across all regions throughout the night.

Temperatures are expected to drop by 4C degrees on Sunday. It will be 30 degrees in Cairo on Saturday, while on Sunday it will be 26C.

Mist will affect visibility on Sunday morning in different parts of the north until Upper Egypt and will be dense in some areas. Low and medium level cloud cover is predicted for the north, with a chance for rain.

Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate. It will be active on the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to mild and range between 1 to 1.5 meters. Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters, with northwesterly surface winds on both seas.

Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows: 20C in Alexandria, 31C in Qena, 34C in Luxor, and 34C in Aswan.
