Traffic has returned to normal on the ring road over Monib area in Giza after a car accident took place, killing two people. The accident caused two cars to fall into the Nile.

Rescue teams are intensifying efforts to find the bodies of the victims. They lifted the two cars out of the river.

Preliminary investigations showed that a tractor trailer collided with two cars on the road, while another car speeding from behind tried to avoid the accident and then fell into the Nile.

Bystanders gathered on and under the ring road, blocking traffic as rescue teams arrived late to the accident scene, stopping traffic completely.
