The meteorological maps indicate a significant rise in temperatures starting tomorrow, Sunday. The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has issued a warning regarding this week’s weather, as a heatwave is expected to push temperatures in Cairo to 33°C during the day, while Southern Egypt will soar to 40°C.
Weather forecasts predict the peak of the heatwave will occur on Monday and Tuesday, with temperatures exceeding 41°C in the southern parts of the country.

Greater Cairo & Lower Egypt: Highs between 33°C and 34°C.

North Coast: Highs between 26°C and 30°C.

Northern Upper Egypt: Highs between 35°C and 37°C.

Additionally, intermittent wind activity is expected across most regions from Sunday through next Thursday.
